If you need to exchange an item, we will send you a brand new exchange product within 1-2 working days after the warehouse receives your return. Lamtto bears the cost of sending a replacement product to the customer. Sellers do not need to bear shipping costs.

After receiving your return request email, Hicarparts will process your request within 1-2 working days. If your return request meets Hicarparts’s return standards, customer service will provide the return warehouse address.
Refund or exchange processing time
You need to provide Hicarparts with the tracking number and carrier information after returning the goods. After Hicarparts receives the returned product, a refund or exchange will be made to your original payment account within 1-2 working days.
Refund amount
If you pay by credit card, we will charge a 3.5% handling fee of the order amount, and then refund the remaining money. Because the bank will take away your 3.5% handling fee.
If you are paying with paypal, we will give you a full refund.
Refund time
